About The Position

Robson Forensic is seeking a P.E. with 15+ years of hands-on Construction Management experience and a B.S. in Civil Engineering to join their team as a Construction Management Forensic Expert. This role involves investigating construction incidents, analyzing construction site procedures, writing scientifically sound reports, and providing expert testimony. The position offers the opportunity to use cumulative training, experience, and critical thinking skills, collaborate with respected experts, continuously learn, and make a tangible difference in litigation. The role is located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth/Irving, TX area and is hybrid.

Requirements

  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 15+ years in Construction Management (Commercial, Industrial, or Heavy/Highway), including quality control and safety issues.
  • Thorough working knowledge of contracts, means & methods, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, objective evidence for non-technical audiences.
  • Clean background screen.
  • Driver's license.
  • Ability to drive.

  • Prior forensic experience is not required. We seek professionals eager to apply their deep industry knowledge to a challenging new domain.
