About The Position

Kimley-Horn is seeking a CAD Operator to join their Transmission and Distribution team in Denver, Colorado. This role involves using basic computer drafting software to create site plans and construction drawings for projects. The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in AutoCAD and PSL-CADD for designing overhead Transmission and Distribution lines, performing finite-element analysis, and other calculations. Responsibilities include designing and producing plan sets, implementing and managing AutoCAD drafting standards, maintaining the drawing database, and performing routine data accuracy checks. The role also requires developing familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities
