This hybrid or remote position involves handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters for airlines, manufacturers, airports, lessors, and insurers nationwide. The firm is nationally recognized for its Aviation & Aerospace practice and is backed by highly regarded aviation litigators.

Requirements

• Admission to the Illinois bar in good standing.
• Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle files with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in aviation law.

Responsibilities

• Handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters for airlines, manufacturers, airports, lessors, and insurers.
• Preparing cases for trial.
• Conducting research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and depositions.

• Handling files with minimal supervision.
• Traveling as required.
