Requirements
- Must be admitted to the New York bar in good standing.
- Experience in civil defense litigation in state and federal courts.
- Excellent research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and deposition skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle files with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated disputes for leading airlines, manufacturers, airports, lessors, and insurers.
- Prepare cases for trial.
- Conduct research, writing, pre-trial discovery, and depositions.

- Handle files with minimal supervision.
