About The Position

Ledcor is seeking experienced Civil Construction Laborers to join their growing team. This position will support the construction of telecom equipment shelters. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using grade lasers, measuring tools, and grade stakes. The role includes travel every four weeks throughout Arizona and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.

Requirements

Hands-on experience using grade lasers is mandatory
Perform outdoor manual labor in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a crew
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Valid driver’s license
Must be willing and able to travel

Hands-on experience using measuring tools
Hands-on experience using grade stakes

Responsibilities

Support the excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading activities
Set up and operate grade lasers to establish elevations and check grades
Set, mark, and maintain grade stakes according to project requirements
Handle materials, tools, and equipment and maintain an organized worksite
Perform general labor duties and assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
Adhere to safety procedures and applicable construction requirements
