The Baltimore County Office of Immigrant Affairs is seeking a motivated and community minded Civic Engagement Fellow to help develop and launch the County’s Immigrant Civic Engagement Program. This part-time, 12-month position will support efforts to expand civic leadership opportunities for immigrant residents, increase participation in County government, and create meaningful pathways for residents to engage in public life. The Fellow will work with the Office of Immigrant Affairs, County agencies, community-based organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders to develop programs that strengthen civic knowledge, leadership skills, and connections to Baltimore County government. This fellowship is an opportunity for an individual passionate about civic engagement, immigrant inclusion, community leadership, education, and public service to help build a new program from the ground up. The Civic Engagement Fellow will report to the Chief of the Office of Immigrant Affairs and work collaboratively with Office staff and County and community partners.
