Provides superior customer service, answers patron questions with clear and correct information, and handles ticketing transactions utilizing a computerized ticketing system. This role involves handling cash, check, and credit card transactions with a high degree of accuracy, working in a fast-paced environment as business levels fluctuate, accurately reconciling cash drawers, and completing end-of-day reports.
