$70,000 - $80,000Onsite

About The Position

The Door | The Hub is launching NYC's first Youth Exploration & Career Navigation Hub in Fall 2026. This Hub aims to address the fragmented nature of youth services in NYC by providing a centralized, youth-centered space where young people can explore interests, receive personalized guidance from Citywide Career Navigators, and be connected to suitable education, training, and employment opportunities across the city. The Hub operates on a 'No Eject, No Reject' philosophy, ensuring ongoing support and a stigma-free environment. It is youth-informed and co-designed, with a paid Youth Advisory Council playing an active role in its development and improvement. The Hub is externally focused and citywide, prioritizing connections to opportunities throughout NYC, not just within The Door. This requires extensive partnership building with various organizations and employers. Every Hub team member is expected to contribute to building and sustaining these citywide partnerships.
