About The Position
Baptist Health Louisville is currently seeking to hire a full-time, skilled, and experienced Circulating Registered Nurse. The RN will be part of a dynamic, patient-focused environment. We offer a wide range of surgical services across multiple specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and thoracic (excluding organ transplants). We are currently seeking a dedicated Circulating RN to join our Operating Room team. In this role, you will provide high-tech, compassionate care while collaborating with a diverse surgical team in a fast-paced setting. You'll work in a high-tech, patient-centered environment, with the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team. Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN License
- Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program
- BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Implementing the nursing process for patients across all age groups.
- Ensuring patient safety by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Assessing patients' physiological responses to surgery and managing care accordingly.
- Working closely with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Taking personal responsibility for your role in the department’s success.
