Reporting to Director, Design and Implementation, the Process Engineer is responsible for defining solution design through a process engineering lens, translating business needs into practical, scalable, and technology-enabled process solutions. This role partners with product, business, IT, and delivery stakeholders to understand current-state workflows, define desired outcomes, identify inefficiencies and risks, and design future-state processes, controls, data flows, integrations, and operating models. The Process Engineer combines process engineering methods, solution design practices, data-driven analysis, automation thinking, and strong facilitation skills to shape solutions that improve productivity, quality, compliance, user experience, operational resilience, and measurable business value. Experience using Lucid for process mapping, workflow modelling, solution visualization, collaboration, and documentation is required. This is a salaried position and requires residency in Canada.
