About The Position

Join the team as a Circuit Design Engineer developing avionics products within an Integrated Product Development environment in Littleton, Colorado. The role contributes to aerospace innovation by designing and analyzing electrical circuits, supporting hardware testing and failure investigations, and preparing product certification materials. The engineer works with multidisciplinary teams to meet project milestones and deliver reliable avionics products.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of professional experience in aerospace hardware development.
Proficiency in analog circuit design at the card/board schematic level and associated analysis.
Experience supporting technical evaluations and requirements verification.

Nice To Haves

Expertise in analog circuit design, motor controls, control theory, or avionics electronics design.
Familiarity with schematic capture tools such as Xpedition.
Proficiency with PSPICE, Saber, or similar electronics simulation tools.
Experience with electronics analysis, including Worst Case Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, and FMECA.
Missile or space electronics design experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated approach in fast-paced team settings.

Responsibilities

Design and capture electrical schematics and guide PCB board layouts for advanced avionics hardware.
Conduct electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis to ensure reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies, supporting failure investigations at the CCA, unit, and system levels.
Generate, review, and present Product Certification materials and support system-level testing.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and product excellence.
