Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital circuit design at the card/board level.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and analysis.
• Technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.
• Experience in multiple phases of aerospace hardware development.
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Xpedition or similar schematic capture tools.
• Electronics simulation using PSPICE, Saber, or equivalent.
• Hands-on electronics analysis (Worst Case, Parts Stress, FMECA).
• Background in missile design and failure investigation on electronic hardware.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and capture electrical schematics, guiding PCB board layouts for advanced avionics products.
• Perform electrical Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, and certify leading-edge avionics systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test anomalies, supporting system-level testing and certification processes.
• Generate, review, and present technical documentation for product certification and customer engagements.
