About The Position

The Cinnabon Crew Member creates an exceptional guest experience by preparing fresh, high-quality bakery products and providing friendly, efficient service. The role includes taking orders, baking and serving Cinnabon products, maintaining a clean and welcoming bakery, and supporting the success of each shift.

This position requires a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays. The role involves standing and walking for 4 to 8 hour shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, reaching, twisting, and moving throughout the shift. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale system.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning, stocking, and food preparation duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, make menu recommendations, and answer questions.
• Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Complete food preparation assignments accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper portions and product presentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process guest payments.
• Balance the cash drawer and complete end-of-shift cash procedures.
• Keep displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing, and restock supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Clean and organize counters, equipment, tables, beverage stations, floors, windows, and guest areas; assist with restroom cleaning as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and clean work area throughout each shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
