About The Position

Zoetis is seeking a CIAM & IDAM Services & Enablement Lead for its Tech & Digital organization within Information Security. The global Identity, Directory & Access Management team ensures appropriate access to information across Zoetis’ digital ecosystem. This role leads the Customer Identity & Access Management function and serves as an advisor and advocate for IAM best practices across the organization. Using SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC/Gigya), the lead oversees B2B and B2C identity services—including registration, consent management, authentication, sign-on, and password management—across global websites and mobile applications. The role combines CIAM platform ownership, identity strategy, technical solution design, stakeholder enablement, and team and vendor leadership. It also calls for broad knowledge across CIAM, IGA, PAM, PKI, and directory services, and the ability to communicate complex identity concepts to technical and business audiences. This is primarily a leadership and enablement role; hands-on technical experience is valuable, while the principal focus is platform leadership, solution strategy, stakeholder influence, and delivery. The position is described as office-based or remote, with standard working conditions. The role requires availability during core business hours, flexibility for global time zones and occasional off-hours support for critical incidents or executive meetings, and travel of up to 20% for global meetings, conferences, or vendor engagements. The U.S. base salary range is $129,000–$185,000, with eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and long-term incentives. Zoetis describes the role as full-time and regular.
