CI Team Lead
About The Position
KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to act as Team Lead for a team supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area by assisting in the engineering and management of information technology (IT) efforts supporting Counterintelligence (CI) missions. The CI Team Lead will work with the customers to understand their mission and any changes to mission to ensure effective support. They will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and overseeing the associated contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts. They will monitor progress and brief leadership on program status and milestones while acting as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.
Requirements
- CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance
- 4+ years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
- Experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, and executive briefings.

- Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions
Responsibilities
- Manage, plan and direct the execution of the contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative efforts of the team.
- Brief leadership on program progress, status, and achievement of milestones.
- Be the primary interface customer(s) on technical and project issues.
