Requirements

- They possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of production processes, and a focus on continuous improvement.

- You understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, yet you have a keen ability to recognize nuance.

- Proficiency in using production management tools and Fishbowl software to track and manage inventory, and workflow efficiency.
- Happy to work afternoon and evening shifts as required.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Assembly Associates during your shift, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure each Associate has a clear set of assigned duties and tasks throughout their shift to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain a well-organized production floor by adhering to 5S principles, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all Associates.
- Oversee the preparation of the Assembly work orders and the timely transfer of orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage and streamline daily tasks to improve efficiency in the production process.
