In Continuous Integration Production, we approach software development as a streamlined production process, collaborating with thousands of software developers from locations worldwide. Our fast-paced environment requires continuous operational flow where the assembly line cannot afford to stop. We welcome applications from recent graduates to join our DevOps team. With responsibilities focused on improving Continuous Integration and Delivery for our RAN products, you will work with industry-leading tools and cloud-based technologies to maintain Ericsson's competitive position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity and hands-on problem-solving abilities, comfort with Linux development environments, and willingness to investigate complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration, Delivery platforms, and Software engineering practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Jira
  • Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (such as bash, perl, groovy)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Highly proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and initiative for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Continuously analyze CI pipelines, identify and report issues
  • Perform troubleshooting to classify flow-impacting problems
  • Drive critical issues to timely resolution
  • Provide internal customer support
  • Work on improvements for tools and processes
  • Develop competence within the technical domain
