About The Position

2020 Companies is hiring a full-time Brand Sales Specialist to represent Chromebook at Best Buy 797 in Soquel, California. The role is suited to energetic, friendly people who enjoy technology and helping customers in a retail environment. The specialist promotes Chromebook devices, supports customer purchases, maintains product displays, and helps retail staff build product knowledge. The position also involves managing retail relationships, reviewing sales and market information, monitoring inventory, and managing sales budgets. The listed schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, and pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of G Suite.
Ability to identify creative solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

Promote Chromebook devices and excite customers about the products.
Maintain merchandising standards for products and displays to elevate the customer experience.
Identify sales opportunities and support customers with purchases.
Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with retail store managers and staff, serving as the main Chromebook point of contact.
Analyze territory sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
Provide retail staff with training and product knowledge to improve their ability to sell Chromebooks.
Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
