They maintain contact with staff and volunteers, address concerns, and provide recognition. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining records and databases for kettle income, generating reports on the kettle program's status, and providing documentation of hours worked. Additionally, the role involves planning and preparing special events, creating recognition materials, and maintaining records for future reference. The coordinator will meet with community leaders and organizations to discuss Salvation Army needs and will drive Salvation Army vehicles to deliver and collect kettles and supplies. Assisting with counting, recording, and depositing kettle funds is also part of the role.
