About The Position
The selected individual will provide piano accompaniment for the Chapel Choir during Sunday morning services, Christmas Concerts, and other assigned services. The Choral Arts Director will be the primary point of contact for the pianist.
Requirements
- Advanced piano proficiency
- Ability to sight read
- Ability to work and respond with a positive attitude under pressure
- Collaborative and flexible
- Quickly and easily learn new musical selections
- Prior experience in choral accompanying – can follow the director (tempo, dynamics, etc.)
- Open score reading
Responsibilities
- Accompany the choir at rehearsals
- Accompany the choir Sunday mornings
- Accompany the choir for Christmas Concerts 2026
