About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a PRN Chiropractor to provide as-needed coverage at its Pompano Beach, Florida clinic. This flexible role has no set weekly commitment, no minimum shift requirement, and no guaranteed number of shifts. Open coverage opportunities depend on clinic needs, and the chiropractor may accept or decline each shift. Available shifts may include weekdays and weekends. Weekday hours are 9:30 AM–7:00 PM, and weekend hours are 9:30 AM–5:00 PM. The chiropractor will provide patient-focused chiropractic care in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic. The clinic team handles front-desk, scheduling, payment, and other day-to-day administrative functions. The practice uses a walk-in, membership-based, cash-based model and does not bill insurance. Compensation is $40 per hour plus performance incentives. Malpractice coverage is provided via Locum Tenens, and access to health benefits is listed. Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Valid Florida chiropractic license.
Fully eligible for malpractice coverage.
Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable and professional.
Flexible mindset and willingness to provide coverage when available.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of chiropractic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients using health histories and examinations, and review X-rays when indicated.
Perform chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate chiropractic techniques.
Develop and communicate appropriate care recommendations.
Educate patients about routine chiropractic care and wellness.
Build positive, professional doctor-patient relationships.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Follow clinical protocols and company standards.
Collaborate with the Wellness Coordinator to provide an excellent patient experience.
Educate patients about membership options and support appropriate care-plan recommendations.
