About The Position

At LifeClinic, the mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. The Chiropractor provides adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises within Life Time facilities. The practice model includes 30-minute, one-on-one patient visits with a health-conscious patient base and primarily cash-based sessions. LifeClinic offers a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available after meeting revenue targets. The position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for monthly incentives based on performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—typically over six months—the Chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings. The role also involves marketing services, presenting care plans, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Engage with potential patients on the fitness floor, including demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and encourage patients to commit to treatment plans.
Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Use LifeClinic’s established processes and deliver exceptional patient care.
