About The Position
The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to deliver high-quality, affordable chiropractic care in a convenient retail clinic setting. The role focuses on exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, helping patients improve their well-being through routine chiropractic care. The position is full-time and based in Edmond, Oklahoma. The role is with a franchisee of The Joint Corp.; if hired, the franchisee is the employee’s sole employer and sets its own employment terms, including wages and benefits, which may vary.
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
- Valid chiropractic license in the applicable state.
- Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or a recent SPEC exam.
- Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Review patients’ health and medical histories and examine and evaluate their neuromusculoskeletal systems.
- Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
- Educate patients about routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Arrange diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze the results.
- Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
- Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
