About The Position

The Chiropractor will provide patient-centered chiropractic care across established clinics serving Waldorf, Camp Springs, and Hyattsville, Maryland. The role involves working with a strong patient base in modern facilities alongside chiropractors, medical providers, physical therapists, and support staff to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

The practice has served the Maryland community for over 20 years and provides multidisciplinary care for acute and chronic pain, including chiropractic care, medical management, rehabilitative therapy, and advanced treatment technology. Providers collaborate to create individualized care plans that help patients regain function, improve movement, and return to their activities.

This is a full-time position for an experienced chiropractor with strong communication and computer skills and a willingness to learn the practice’s EHR system. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000+ per year, depending on experience, with performance bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program.
• Active Maryland Chiropractic license with PT privileges.
• Experience as a chiropractor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid computer skills and willingness to learn the EHR system.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations, evaluations, and physical examinations.
• Review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic reports.
• Take and review X-rays.
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver chiropractic adjustments using diversified, activator, and other manual techniques.
• Prescribe therapeutic exercises and supportive modalities.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, lifestyle changes, and home exercises.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, medical providers, therapists, and staff to coordinate care.
• Supervise and work closely with chiropractic assistants and medical assistants.
• Complete accurate and timely EHR documentation and reports.
