About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a dynamic, team-oriented retail environment. The manager oversees talent development and store operations, coaches and inspires associates, and works to provide every customer with a memorable experience and tailored hair and beauty solutions. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
