About The Position

A growing, established family-focused chiropractic practice in Frederick, Maryland is seeking a motivated Associate Chiropractor. The role offers a strong patient base, proven systems, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and financially. Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree.
• Maryland license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong adjusting and communication skills.
• Passion for family- and wellness-focused chiropractic care.
• Positive, motivated, and coachable.
• Comfortable educating patients and recommending appropriate care.
• Interested in growing as a doctor and contributing to the practice.

Nice To Haves

• Webster Certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments.
• Perform consultations, exams, and progress evaluations.
• Review X-rays and communicate findings.
• Develop and explain care recommendations.
• Educate patients about chiropractic care and their health.
• Care for adults, children, pregnant patients, and families.
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships.
• Participate in occasional workshops and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
