About The Position

LifeClinic is hiring a Chiropractor to provide chiropractic care inside Life Time facilities. The role focuses on restoring, maintaining, and optimizing human function and performance through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation exercises. The practice model includes 30-minute, one-to-one patient visits and primarily cash-based sessions with a health-conscious patient base. LifeClinic provides a proven practice blueprint and extensive training. Schedule flexibility, such as reducing workdays or clinic hours, may be available once the revenue target is met. The position starts at an $80,000 salary, which may increase based on experience and qualifications. It is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on performance metrics, with potential total cash compensation of $150,000 or more per year. While building a client base—usually about six months—the chiropractor is expected to work 50 or more hours per week, including Saturday mornings, and to market services to prospective patients. Expectations also include promoting treatment plans, presenting financial care plans, delivering exceptional patient care, and using LifeClinic’s established processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Promote services and engage potential patients, including through demonstrations of soft tissue techniques.
Deliver exceptional patient care and follow LifeClinic’s established processes.
