About The Position

While building a client base—usually about six months—the role requires a commitment to working 50 or more hours per week and Saturday mornings. The chiropractor provides patient care, promotes services to prospective patients, presents treatment plans and associated financial and scheduling options, and manages documentation and clinic operations. Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
Design and guide patients through rehabilitation exercise programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients, including engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor and demonstrating soft tissue techniques.
Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options, and encourage patients to commit to ongoing treatment.
Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP note documentation.
Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to support integrated care delivery.
Use LifeClinic’s proven processes and provide exceptional patient care.
