About The Position

Airrosti Providers are full-time, W-2 employees who evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries using Airrosti’s evidence-based treatment model. The role focuses on hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education, with no responsibility for managing staff or running a business. Airrosti provides support with marketing, scheduling, billing, technology, and facilities so Providers can focus on patient care. Providers also have access to a referral network, practice-building support, ambient listening technology, and a customized ICD-10-compliant EMR. Every Provider completes five weeks of paid training at the San Antonio Support Center, followed by field training and ongoing clinical education. Airrosti describes its work as mission-driven and focused on delivering soft tissue treatment through Providers passionate about healing patients.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, or be in the process of obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
• Passion for patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional palpation skills and above-average hand and grip strength.

Nice To Haves

• Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehabilitation.
• Experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques.
• Two or more years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries using Airrosti’s evidence-based treatment model.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients about their care.
• Focus on patient care and clinical excellence, with administrative practice functions supported by Airrosti.
