About The Position

Dane Street is seeking a Chiropractor in Boise, Idaho, to join its physician panel and conduct Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). This independent-contractor role is compensated per case and offers flexible scheduling: clinicians may accept or decline assignments according to their availability. The work includes reviewing medical records, evaluating patients with orthopedic issues in person, answering clinical questions to support claims management, and submitting detailed IME reports within an expected five-day turnaround. No doctor-patient relationship is established and no treatment is provided; opinions are advisory only. The opportunity may provide supplemental income and help clinicians build expertise in medical necessity and utilization review and management, as well as credentials in independent medical examinations. Dane Street provides prepared cases, a streamlined case flow, transcription services at no cost, and a user-friendly work portal.

Requirements

• Board certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience performing IMEs is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are a plus.
