About The Position

Airrosti Providers are full-time, W-2 employees focused on helping patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries using an evidence-based treatment model. The role involves evaluating and treating patients through hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education. Providers can focus on clinical care without managing staff or running a business, as Airrosti supports scheduling, billing, digital marketing, technology, and facilities. New Providers complete five weeks of paid training at the San Antonio Support Center, followed by field training and ongoing clinical education. The position is based at 8050 TX-191, Odessa, TX 79765. First-year compensation is listed as $90,000–$120,000+.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree, or be in the process of obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
• Passion for patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional palpation skills and above-average hand/grip strength.
• Genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehabilitation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ART, MFR, or similar techniques.
• Two or more years of full-time experience as a Chiropractor; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries using Airrosti’s evidence-based treatment model.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy.
