About The Position

Teach dance classes for children ages 5–10 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. Programs run Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. This is a part-time, in-person position, typically involving one class per day of about one hour, with the possibility of an additional 30 minutes of pre-care. Classes generally have 8–16 students and focus on creating a fun, energetic environment for younger and beginner-level children. Pay is listed as $50–$65 per session and also as $50–$65 per hour. Equipment and lesson plans are provided. Coaches must live locally, have reliable transportation, and attend a two-day training or shadowing session before starting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old when applying.
• Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
• Must enjoy working with children in a positive and active setting.
• Must be flexible, reliable, and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
• Must submit a photo and short biography for the company website, including an introduction to sports experience.
• Must already be eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the sport being applied for, coaching, or working with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
