About The Position

This role is for a creative problem-solver who can think critically, build connections with families, and find a path forward when situations feel complex or uncertain. The ideal candidate thrives in challenging situations where their ability to engage others, navigate difficult situations, and think outside the box can make a meaningful difference. The position involves working with adolescents and families at a critical point in their journey, helping them build engagement, navigate conflict, and identify creative solutions to complex challenges. Success in this role means being adaptable, collaborative, and willing to look beyond the obvious to find solutions that move youth and families forward. This is a child protection position that includes engaging families, and flexibility in work hours may be needed periodically to accommodate client schedules. A hybrid schedule is available upon successful completion of the probationary period. This position will also participate in an on-call rotation.
