About The Position

Get paid to run obstacle courses, teach gymnastics, and watch a shy 4-year-old nail their first somersault. That's just a Tuesday at My Gym. We're looking for energetic, dependable coaches who genuinely love being around kids. No two days are the same here, and that's exactly why our team loves showing up.

Requirements

• Genuine love for being around kids.
• Energetic and dependable.
• Love performing and lighting up a room.
• Kids naturally trust and gravitate toward you.

• Team player who is reliable and on time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in gymnastics, dance, sports coaching, theater, early childhood education, or childcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, structured fitness and movement classes for kids ages 6 weeks–10 years.
• Incorporate obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music into classes.
• Help run birthday parties and camps.
• Build real relationships with families.
• Occasionally assist at the front desk.
• Work Fridays as part of the regular schedule.
