About The Position
My Gym Wellesley is seeking part-time coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 10 years. The ideal candidate naturally gravitates toward children, can command a room of young children, and gains energy from being around people. No specific My Gym experience is required as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
Requirements
- Ability to light up around kids and families.
- Comfortable leading a room and holding attention.
- Reliable and brings good energy to every shift.
- Works well as part of a close-knit team.
- Weekend availability needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, preschool, coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or theater.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured fitness and movement classes, including obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, and music.
- Run birthday parties, camps, and special events.
- Build real relationships with families.
