About The Position

We are looking for a Lead Teacher/Coach who thrives on variety and loves making an impact. Every day looks different - one hour you're leading a toddler tumbling class, the next you're MCing a 7-year-old's birthday party. It's physical, it's fun, and no two shifts are the same. The children who attend build confidence, coordination, and friendships. You're not just running classes - you're a big part of that. No My Gym experience is needed as we train you from day one.

Requirements

• Reliable, high-energy, and great with kids and parents
• Available afternoons, weekends, and occasional events
• College students and recent grads encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

• Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, education, or coaching a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead kids' fitness and gymnastics classes (ages 6 months – 10 years)
• Host birthday parties and special events
• Build relationships with families and help welcome new ones
• Join a mobile and community program.
