About The Position

Soccer Shots New Orleans is seeking a Children’s Enrichment Instructor to join their team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional aiming to build a meaningful career in early childhood development, coaching, and leadership. The instructor will create fun and memorable experiences for children aged 18 months to 8 years old through Soccer Shots sessions held at schools and parks across the Greater New Orleans area. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children ages 18 months–8 years old (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, recreation, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead 30-35 Soccer Shots sessions each week for children ages 18 months–8 years old at schools and parks throughout the Greater New Orleans area.
Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful.
Deliver the Soccer Shots curriculum with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency.
Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school partners.
Work alongside the Executive Director and Coaching Support team.
Assist with daily team needs.
Use tools like Connecteam and Monday.com to stay organized and support team success.
