The Non-Secure Detention Clinician is responsible for providing clinical treatment and assessments to children and families consistent with agency mission, vision and values. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, providing counseling, co-facilitating skills groups, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The clinician will also be responsible for documentation, providing telehealth services, and offering in-service training to staff. The position requires representing the agency professionally in meetings and ensuring all clinical services comply with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
