CHILDCARE TEACHERS- OPEN INTERVIEWS 11/11 10am-4pm
About The Position
The child care center is hiring Lead and Assistant Teachers to inspire children to become lifelong learners. Teachers support children's care, learning, and development in an engaging classroom environment. Assistant Teachers follow licensing guidelines and company standards, help maintain a clean and organized classroom, observe and assess children, plan for their needs, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Open interviews are scheduled for November 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 8011 Commerce Road, Commerce, MI 48382. Applicants are asked to bring identification, a resume, and any transcripts.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Observe and assess children and plan for their needs.
- Communicate effectively with families.
