About The Position

Requirements

Previous experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is required.

Current CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification.
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Ohio childcare licensing requirements.
Energetic, nurturing, and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Responsibilities
