CHILDCARE TEACHERS- OPEN INTERVIEWS 11/19 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
About The Position
The organization is hiring Lead and Assistant Teachers for a child care center. Teachers help inspire children to become lifelong learners, support their daily care and development, and maintain an engaging, clean, and organized classroom. Assistant Teachers follow licensing guidelines and company standards, engage with children, observe and assess their development, plan activities, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Candidates should be energetic and dependable, have a passion for working with children, meet applicable state or accreditation education and experience requirements, and be able to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity with children. The compensation range is $14.74–$15.31, based on position, education, and experience. The work week is Monday through Friday.

- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Observe and assess children and plan for their needs.
- Communicate effectively with families.
- Complete training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
- Engage in physical activity with children indoors or outdoors.
