We are looking for a Junior Activities Supervisor to join our Family Activities Team.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field (Health & Social Care qualifications alone do not meet the requirement).
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, education, leisure or similar environment.
  • Friendly, calm and approachable, with the ability to act quickly and effectively in a variety of situations.
  • Experience supporting or supervising a team, with a passion for motivating others and creating positive team cultures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with children, parents and caregivers.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional experiences for children and families.

  • Flexible to work across the club's operating hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays where required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operation of Club V, ensuring a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for children of all ages.
  • Supervise and support the childcare team, helping to maintain exceptional standards of care, service and compliance.
  • Deliver fun, creative and age-appropriate activities that provide memorable experiences for children and families.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and caregivers, creating a trusted and welcoming family environment.
  • Support team training, onboarding and development, acting as a role model for service, safety and operational standards.
  • Assist with rota management, team organisation and the smooth running of daily activities.
  • Ensure all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies are followed at all times.
  • Support the Family Activities Manager and confidently lead the team in their absence when required.
