About The Position

The Nest Schools is a new Early Childhood organization founded and operated by tenured early childhood professionals. We are driven by our vision to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children as the worldwide leader in early childhood programs for children, our families, and our team. We aspire to be THE state-of-the-art provider of Early Childhood programs and are looking for the best in the ECE industry to lead this school. We are seeking a School Director who understands the value of Early Childhood Education and will embrace the idea that our teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators. We believe in this so much that each of our schools is supported by a full-time curriculum and education specialist. We also provide classroom budgets to spend on learning materials and crafts to ensure that your teachers can deliver the experiences they envision. Requirements

Previous Director Experience required. Preferably in large school
Multi site leadership experience required
Early Childhood Education required/preferred

Focus on the quality of programs and children, families, and staff.
Lead a school within The Nest Schools organization.
Embrace the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.
Utilize classroom budgets for learning materials and crafts.
Participate in Director Retreats for training with dynamic speakers and presenters.
Engage in Nest University for innovative training and certificate programs.
Benefit from centralized billing and receivables to relieve administrative duties.

Pursue outside professional development opportunities (e.g., NAEYC conferences, Nest Conferences).
Fellowship with other directors regionally and throughout the company.
