About The Position

Child Development Schools is seeking a passionate educator to lead a classroom and provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The Lead Teacher guides young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being, plans engaging activities that support development, and builds strong partnerships with parents through open communication. Pay varies based on experience, county of employment, and educational qualifications. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of starting employment.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of working with children.

Nice To Haves

• Education in Early Childhood Education.
