Role Summary: The Enrichment Leader at The Goddard School - Milton will have the exciting opportunity to work with the leadership team and educators to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing enrichment programs across various classrooms, supporting the admin team, leading & grooming educators, and collaborating with parents and other team members to ensure children's developmental needs are met. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Milton, Massachusetts with a competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements

Meet state qualifications and those set forth in the national hiring standards including- Ability to hear the conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid
Ability to see and read newsprint, with or without corrective lenses
Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances
Ability to lift and carry children and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to use arms, hands, legs, and feet, with or without corrective devices; this includes the ability to evacuate the building during emergencies
Ability to handle crisis situations, especially where children are involved
Ability to respond immediately to emergency situations

Responsibilities

Plan and implement enrichment programs across the various classrooms including and not limited to Languages, Science, Yoga, Coding, Handwriting, Music, Gardening, Chess, etc.
Create class enrichment schedules and work with co-teachers in implementing across the school
Advancing physical and intellectual competence by adapting program activities to meet the individual needs of the children
Communicating appropriately and professionally with both parents and fellow staff members
Providing positive guidance by supporting social and emotional development
Establishing positive and productive relationships with families
Understanding and implementing Goddard’s Health & Safety procedures
Participating in recommended training programs, conferences and other aspects of professional development
Other tasks and projects as assigned
