About The Position

We are seeking childcare Educators for the following programs: Infants, Toddlers (Permanent), Toddlers (1 Year Mat Leave Coverage), and Preschool at our Sierra Springs & Airdrie Crossing Magic Mountain locations in Airdrie. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong understanding of child development, exceptional engagement skills, and a dedication to fostering positive relationships with both children and colleagues. The ideal candidates will be dependable, adaptable, fluent in English, and exhibit outstanding communication and multitasking abilities. Prior experience is advantageous, and candidates must possess Alberta Child Care certification levels 1, 2, or 3, along with a current criminal record check (with vulnerable sector search) and first aid certification.

Requirements

Prior childcare/daycare experience is a must
Level 1, 2 or 3 Child Care Certification is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, adaptable, and fluent in English
Proficiency in computer applications and administrative systems
Current Criminal Record Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness)
