About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are looking for passionate and qualified teachers who want to grow in their careers while making a lasting difference for children and families. We are thrilled to announce that we are on the lookout for enthusiastic Classroom Aides to join our amazing team! Exciting opportunities await with afternoon shifts available Monday through Friday (12-6 and 3-6) during the academic year, and full days (8-5 and 9-6) available over the summer, also Monday through Friday! While we certainly value any childcare experience, what truly matters is your passion for working with children and your eagerness to learn! If that sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from you!

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
