About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Large Center Director to lead our team and manage center operations. We are looking for passionate, qualified teachers who want to grow in their careers while making a lasting difference for children and families. Requirements

• Level 3 admin credential is required.
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field and at least 2 yrs of center experience
• Proven experience in management preferably in a center or school setting
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
