About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are looking for passionate, qualified teachers who want to grow in their careers while making a lasting difference for children and families. Excel Creative Early Learning is currently seeking a qualified Center Director. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related field, along with a Level 3 Administrative Credential.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related field.
• Level 3 Administrative Credential.
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a leadership or director role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the childcare center.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
• Lead and support teaching staff.
