About The Position

EXOS is seeking a Kid Care Associate to create a safe, clean, engaging, and family-friendly environment for children and their parents. The role involves building positive relationships with children, parents, and fitness facility members; fostering age-appropriate learning; and contributing to an effective team. The position is part-time.

Requirements

• Prior customer service and childcare experience.
• In-person CPR/AED/First Aid certification covering infants, children, and adults.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children.
• Basic understanding of the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build a unique and memorable relationship with each new child and parent team.
• Provide a safe, clean atmosphere for children.
• Foster age-appropriate learning and educational opportunities.
• Create a fun, playful, family-friendly environment.
• Maintain neat, professional attire and a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Attend department meetings as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to build an effective team environment and accomplish team goals.
• Foster and grow strong relationships with fitness facility members.
